Privacy policy

AnyTee Clothing ("AnyTee", "we", "us") runs anyteeclothing.com, where you design custom t-shirts and order them printed. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email anyteeclothing@gmail.com.
What we collect
What you give us
- Design details: the descriptions, words, style choices and change requests you type when designing, and the designs we create for you.
- Photos you upload: for example a photo of your pet, used as a reference for your design.
- Order details: when you check out, your name, email address, shipping address, and what you ordered. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: your email address, order ID and message when you contact us.
- Your email to keep designing: if you add your email after reaching the free design limit, we save it with the designs you make, and whether you asked for occasional deals.
What we collect automatically
- Usage information: the pages you visit, actions like starting a design or adding to cart, your IP address, and your browser type. We use this to run the site, prevent abuse (such as limiting how many designs one visitor can create per hour) and understand what's working.
- Information stored in your browser: your cart and a list of designs you made, so you can find them again. This stays in your browser's local storage and isn't sent to us unless you check out.
- Cookies and advertising pixels: see "Advertising and analytics" below.
How we use it
- To create your designs, show them on shirts, and let you come back to them.
- To take payment, print and ship your order, and send you updates about it.
- To answer your messages and handle reprints for misprinted or damaged shirts.
- If you added your email to keep designing: to send you links to your designs and, only if you asked for them, occasional deals. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure and working, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To measure and improve our ads, and to show AnyTee ads to people who may be interested.
We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run AnyTee, and only what they need:
- OpenAI creates the designs. We send it your descriptions, words, style choices, change requests, and any photo you upload. Under OpenAI's API terms, data sent through the API is not used to train their models by default.
- Stripe processes payments and collects your payment and shipping details at checkout.
- Printful prints and ships your order. We send it your design, name, shipping address and email address.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and Reddit provide advertising and measurement (see below).
- Our hosting and email providers store the site's data and deliver messages.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or others' safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
Advertising and analytics
Our site uses the Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags and the Reddit Pixel. These use cookies and similar technologies to record visits and actions on our site, such as viewing a product, adding to cart, starting checkout and purchasing, so we can measure our ads and show ads to people who may be interested.
When you complete a purchase, we also send that purchase to Meta from our server (Meta's Conversions API), so it's counted even if you don't return to our site after paying. This includes the order ID and value and, in hashed (scrambled) form, your email address, name, city, state and ZIP code, along with your IP address and browser type. Meta uses this to match the purchase to ad activity.
You can limit this kind of advertising in your Facebook ad preferences, Google My Ad Center and Reddit privacy settings, by blocking cookies in your browser, or through the industry opt-out at optout.aboutads.info.
How long we keep it
We keep designs and uploaded photos so you can return to your designs and reorder, and order records for as long as we need them for fulfillment, customer service, taxes and accounting. You can ask us to delete your designs, photos or other personal information at any time (see below); we'll keep only what the law requires.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correct or delete: email anyteeclothing@gmail.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, including your designs and uploaded photos.
- Browser data: clearing your browser's site data removes your cart and your list of recent designs from that browser.
- Advertising: use the opt-out links above.
Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights, such as knowing what categories of information we collect and opting out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To use these rights, email us; we won't treat you differently for doing so.
Photos and content you upload
Only upload photos you have the right to use. Please don't upload photos of other people without their permission, and don't include sensitive personal information in photos or descriptions.
Children
AnyTee isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and payments are handled by Stripe. No website or service can guarantee perfect security.
Where we operate
AnyTee is based in the United States and ships only to US addresses. Your information is stored and processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll post a notice on the site.
