Where is my order?
Shirts are printed to order, usually within 2–5 business days, then shipped free within the US. Check progress and tracking on the order status page with the order ID from your confirmation page or receipt.
My shirt arrived misprinted or damaged.
Sorry about that! Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery using the form below (include your order ID) and we'll reprint it free. There's no need to send the shirt back.
Can I return or exchange a shirt that doesn't fit?
Each shirt is printed just for you, so we can't take returns or exchanges for fit or a change of mind. Check the size guide on the product page before ordering. The Bella+Canvas 3001 is a unisex retail fit; size up for a looser fit.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us right away with your order ID. If your shirts haven't gone to print yet, we can usually change the size, color or address, or cancel.
How do I get back to a design I made?
Designs you made in this browser are listed on the create page and the homepage. The link to a design also always brings you back to it.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
Can I use a brand logo, a famous character or a celebrity?
No. We can't print trademarked logos, copyrighted characters or someone else's likeness without permission, but we can make something original in the same spirit.
